We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager/Dy Manager - Export Logistics & Commercial who will oversee and coordinate the export process of the organisation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The incumbent should have a solid understand and knowledge about export trade processes, international trade regulations, guidelines, documentations and custom clearance processes.


The position is based out of our corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana - India


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate all facets of the export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearances.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other third-party logistics providers to arrange transportation and shipment of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to guarantee on-time delivery and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all export activities and documentation.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing export logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay informed about international trade regulations, market trends, and best practices in export logistics.


Experience & Skills:


  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in export logistics or a similar role is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation requirements.


Educational Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
