Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales within the healthcare sector, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients. This role is crucial in driving the sales of our healthcare packages and subscriptions, expanding our corporate sales market, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


• Sales Strategy Development:

     •  Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote healthcare packages and subscription services to corporate clients.

     •  Identify and target potential corporate clients, including large corporations, SMEs, and other business entities across India.

     •  Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.

• Business Development:

     •  Build and nurture relationships with HR departments, wellness program coordinators, and other key decision-makers in corporate organizations.

     •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base.

     •  Present and demonstrate the value of our healthcare packages and subscriptions to potential clients.

• Sales Management:

     •  Lead the corporate sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.

     •  Provide mentorship, training, and support to the sales team.

     •  Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for improvement where needed.

• Client Relationship Management:

     •  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

     •  Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update them on new services and enhancements.

• Reporting and Analysis:

     •  Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

     •  Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for development.


Requirements


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

• Experience:

     •  Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.

     •  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Skills:

     •  Deep understanding of corporate healthcare needs and solutions.

     •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

     •  Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and HR professionals.

     •  Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Other:

     •  Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
