Company Description

Wundrsight Healthcare is developing a Mixed Reality & AI based Digital Therapeutics platform to improve treatment outcomes, engagement, and ease of care for the delivery of neurocognitive, mental, and behavioral health solutions. Access to effective psychological therapies is limited in India, where over 150 million people are in need of therapy. Wundrsight is a fast-growing venture-backed digital health startup also supported by Meta (Facebook parent), Indian School of Business, IIT Mandi and more.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist position based out of Delhi NCR. As a Business Development Executive at Wundrsight Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expansion efforts. Leveraging your expertise in business development and your deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, you will identify strategic opportunities, forge key partnerships, and drive revenue growth to propel Wundrsight Healthcare to new heights. You will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.



Responsibilities:


1. **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within the healthcare industry.


2. **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.


3. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and foster long-term partnerships.


4. **New Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances, to expand Wundrsight Healthcare's reach and impact.


5. **Sales and Negotiation:** Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering value to clients.


6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company goals and objectives.


7. **Performance Tracking and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives and inform future strategies.


Qualifications:


1. MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

2. Min. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.

3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

4. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including industry trends, regulatory environment, and key players.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.

7. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

9. Prior experience in the mental health, healthtech or medical device industry is a PLUS
