Job Description: Business Development & Strategy Associate Location:CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office, some travel involved) Position:Full-time Qualification:MBA (Mandatory)About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedBusiness Development & Strategy Associateto support our senior management in driving growth initiatives and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combinehands-on business developmentwithstrategic exposure , working closely with leadership on high-impact projects, presentations, and client engagements.Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets. Assist in lead generation, client engagement, and building long-term relationships. Support preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients and partners. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to support business growth. Strategy & Management Support Work directly with senior management on strategic initiatives and decision-making. Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews. Assist in creating investor/board presentations, business plans, and strategic decks. Track industry trends and recommend actionable insights for company positioning. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of BD and strategy projects. Manage and maintain documentation, follow-ups, and progress tracking. Support in organizing management reviews, client meetings, and business events.Key Requirements MBA (mandatory) with specialization inMarketing, Strategy, or General Managementpreferred. 1–3 years of relevant work experience in business development, consulting, or strategy roles. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively. High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
