Job Title: UKG Data Hub Implementor / Specialist

Job Summary: UKG Data Hub Implementor will design, configure, and deploy UKG Data Hub solutions, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and providing data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and assess integration needs.
  • Configure UKG Data Hub, including data structures, workflows, and security.
  • Design and implement data integrations with external systems (e.g., HRIS, Payroll).
  • Develop data mapping, validation, and transformation processes.
  • Develop APIs, web services, or file-based integrations.
  • Configure data synchronization and scheduling.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct unit testing.
  • Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and resolve implementation issues.
  • Develop technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.

Experience:

  • Overall 5+ experience in UKG with 4+ years of UKG Data Hub and UKG Pro WFM expertise.
  • API integration and data mapping knowledge.
  • UKG Data Hub Certification
