Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Operations Manager at Virtual Tech Gurus India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore.
- The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of our India and USA operations.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in finance and operations management, with at least 3 years in a similar role overseeing multi-national operations.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in both India and the USA.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
