Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Controls and Planning: Conduct a thorough review of financials to identify areas for improvement, optimize cash flow, and prevent fraud.
  • Management Information System: Generate and review monthly MIS reports, providing insightful analysis and presenting them to the CEO.
  • Statutory and Tax Compliance: Oversee the team's accountability and finalization of accounts in ERP, close the books, and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Experience in financial leadership roles from a B2C business operations company, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Exposure to digital payment solutions and payment gateways.
  • Demonstrated financial leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with strong analytical skills and experience working with and presenting to the board of directors.
  • High personal and professional integrity.
  • Experience and ability to identify stakeholders' needs and concerns and provide proactive solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fund accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize.
