Tars is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will drive value for our existing customer accounts through strategic engagement, technical guidance, and proactive relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Implementation: Guide customers through solution implementation in collaboration with our solutions team, ensuring smooth deployment and adoptionStakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal product/technical teams to facilitate integrations, deployments, and issue resolutionProactive Account Management: Conduct regular check-ins with customers to provide data-driven insights, identify opportunities for value creation, and ensure product adoptionBusiness Reviews & Value Demonstration: Lead quarterly and executive business reviews to showcase ROI, align on success metrics, and demonstrate measurable business impactStrategic Advisory: Analyze customer data and usage patterns to recommend optimizations, propose solutions to business challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomesRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including technical support, product support, or account managementExperience with project management methodologies and toolsStrong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reportingTechnical proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and project management toolsUnderstanding of AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI applicationsWhat We OfferCollaborative environment working across sales, customer success, and marketing teamsPerformance-based career growth opportunities with clear advancement pathsCulture built on transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous feedbackFocus on iterative improvement and data-driven decision makingOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and stay current with industry innovationEnvironment that values curiosity, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
