Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Developer and Content Creator Specialist to craft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our restaurant management company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, documentation, and experience working remotely with US-based clients. Your role will involve developing and maintaining SOPs, collaborating with team members, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SOP Development: Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs for all office processes, including administrative tasks, management procedures, and client-facing operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to gather information, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement effective process changes.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
  • Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and user-friendly SOPs using standardized templates.
  • Review & Update: Regularly review, revise, and update SOPs to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.
  • Centralized Repository: Develop and manage a centralized SOP repository for easy access by the team.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on new and updated SOPs.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and suggest digital solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard tools and software effectively to support process development and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in process improvement, documentation, or operations management, with a strong track record of developing SOPs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
  • Remote Work Experience: Proven experience working remotely with US-based clients.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio), QuickBooks, Trainual, and other management software.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
