We are looking for a confident and experiencedRestaurant General Managerto lead the operations ofa renowned fine dining continental restaurantin Goregaon West. The ideal candidate should have strong experience inpremium dining , excellent customer service standards, and solid understanding ofrestaurant P&L . Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. Deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with brand standards. Manage and train the front-of-house team, ensuring high performance and discipline. Monitor restaurant finances, includingP&L, budgeting, cost control, and sales targets . Maintain quality standards for food, hygiene, safety, and service. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP guest relations. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams for seamless service flow. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, food safety, and statutory requirements. Drive revenue through upselling, special promotions, and customer engagement. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Build and maintain a positive work culture. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience infine diningorpremium casual diningrestaurants. Experience managing a team of 20+ staff. Strong understanding ofrestaurant P&Land financial metrics. Excellent communication and guest-handling skills. Ability to handle fast-paced operations and resolve issues on the floor. Strong leadership, grooming, and interpersonal skills. Preference for candidates fromhospitality brands, luxury dining, hotel restaurants, or premium standalone outlets . Preferred Background Experience with brands likeOlive Group, Social/Impresa, Massive Restaurants, PizzaExpress, Cococart café, Bastian, Trident/Marriott/Hyatt outlets, or other premium dining venues .
