Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing Service Portals to enhance the experience for internal and external stakeholders.

- Customize ServiceNow widgets and create dynamic pages to meet business requirements.

- Integrate Service Portal with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to ensure seamless operations.

- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Web Services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure data consistency across systems.

- Develop and maintain automated workflows for integrations to ensure smooth data flow and process efficiency.

- Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog based on business requirements.

- Architect, develop, and maintain Virtual Agent conversations to enhance user interactions and streamline service delivery.

- Customize and integrate ServiceNow Chat solutions for real-time user support and automation of routine tasks.

- Design and implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline IT and business processes.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of automation solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 4years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Service Portal, integrations, and process automation.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development, including widgets and UI pages.

- Proficient in REST, SOAP, MID Server, and integration tools for integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.

- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration, Workflows, and Service Catalog automation.

- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules.

- Proven experience with Virtual Agent development and ServiceNow Chat integration.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
