Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B OEM sales


IMMEDIATE JOINERS / SHORTER NOTICE PERIOD candidates are preferred.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Business Development, production, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the negotiation and finalization of sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, including forecasting and allocating resources to maximize ROI.
