Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and transformational Senior Director – HR Operations Delivery to lead global HR service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a superior employee experience. This leadership role will drive process optimization, technology enablement, and team performance across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the HR operations strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead HR Shared Services covering employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll interface, compliance, and case management.
- Drive process automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing global HR Ops team, ensuring capability and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, CoEs, and tech teams to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
- Track SLAs, KPIs, and manage stakeholder expectations across functions and geographies.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in senior HR Ops leadership roles.
- Proven experience in global HR service delivery, transformation, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR tech (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.) and process automation.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and governance practices.
