What will you be doing here?: - Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Lead the development and execution of go to market strategies for product launches, including coordination of cross functional teams. - Work with the content marketing team to create educational resources that demonstrate the value of the product to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Analyze customer behavior, adoption rates, and feedback to improve messaging and product positioning over time. - Build, manage, and mentor a high performing product marketing team, providing clear direction, career development, and support. Requirement: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus. - 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. - Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
