We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.Roles and responsibilities:- We are seeking a results-driven Business Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth through financial planning and analysis. This role involves managing lender and RBI compliance, credit ratings, fund-raising activities, MIS reporting, and reconciliations while ensuring efficient financial operations. - MIS & Book Closure: Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely month/year-end book closure. - Lender Compliance: Manage lender covenants, co-lending settlements, and communication with current/old lenders. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI and other statutory requirements. - Credit Ratings: Maintain and enhance credit ratings through effective agency management. - Fund Raising: Lead fund-raising activities, prepare financial models, and negotiate terms. - Business Finance & Analysis: Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide insights. - Reconciliation: Oversee accurate financial data reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.What is needed for this role:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting (CA must). - 2+ years of relevant experience in finance and compliance. - Expertise in MIS, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks. - Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Why you should work with us:- We like people who behave like owners, and we place a high regard on those who take ownership and see projects through to completion. - We take pleasure in tackling meaningful problems by understanding pain points and developing intuitive experiences that delight customers. - We appreciate those who can participate in healthy conflict and are able to commit to every decision as if it were their own.
