Description : - We're Hiring : QA Automation Tester/Automation Test Engineer- Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office | Immediate Joiners Only)- Were looking for a skilled QA Automation Tester/Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.About the Role : - Youll play a key role in driving our quality assurance efforts creating test plans, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure functionality and performance.- Create comprehensive test plans and testing strategies aligned with project requirements.- Perform regression, UI, compatibility, and usability testing.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.- Lead, mentor, and motivate QA team members while promoting best testing practices.- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define testing goals and deliverables.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 710 years of experience in automation testing.- Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or related programming languages.- Familiarity with manual testing tools, bug tracking systems, and version control (Git).- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.- Excellent analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.Why Join Us? : - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.- Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.- Work from our Hyderabad office with a talented QA and development team.- Immediate joiners preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
