Job Description Job title: QA Automation Test Lead | Hyderabd | Fulltime | AiFA Labs Immediate joiner only Job Description Looking for QA with Manual and Automation testing should have a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. The specific requirements may vary based on the organization's needs and the nature of the software being tested. Required Skills Minimum 7-10 yrs. of experience in Automation Testing. Familiarity with manual testing tools and bug tracking systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others used for automation. Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or others depending on the technology stack. Experience in regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Experience in UI testing to ensure a consistent and user-friendly interface. Conducted compatibility testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems. Understanding of usability testing to evaluate the overall user experience. Proficient in accurately documenting and reporting defects, including detailed steps to reproduce. Effective communication to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members. Knowledge of designing and implementing automation frameworks to streamline test automation efforts. Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts for different test scenarios. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into the development workflow. Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing and tracking changes in test scripts. Ability to perform automated database testing using tools or scripts. Knowledge of using tools like JMeter or Gatling for automated performance testing. Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in automated test scripts. Proven ability to maintain and update automated test scripts as the application evolves. Responsibilities Motivate QA member. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. Provide guidance on testing methodologies, processes, and best practices. Develop comprehensive test plans and testing strategies for projects. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables. Allocate and manage resources effectively based on project needs. Define and implement a test automation strategy that aligns with project goals. Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and frameworks. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficiency in executing manual test cases to identify defects and ensure software functionality. Capability to perform exploratory testing to uncover unforeseen issues and improve test coverage. Collaborate with the development and QA teams to integrate automation into the overall testing process.
