Job Title: Automation Test Lead Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking a Test Lead - Automation Testing to drive end-to-end QA delivery across manual, automation, and API testing. The role involves leading a team of testers, ensuring high-quality, production-ready releases every sprint, and enhancing testing frameworks through automation and CI/CD integration. Key Responsibilities Lead QA planning, test case design, execution, and automation. Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium/UFT (Java) . Conduct API testing (Swagger, Postman with JavaScript) and database validation using SQL. Ensure sprint deliverables meet production standards with zero major defects. Track and manage defects, performing first-line triage for released features. Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to resolve issues within SLAs. Mentor team members and ensure alignment with Agile best practices. Qualifications & Skills 8–12 years of QA experience with 5+ years in automation (Selenium/UFT). Strong in manual, automation, and API testing . Proficient in Java, SQL Server , and Web Services . Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker) and DevOps/JIRA/TFS . 2+ years of experience leading QA teams. Exposure to US Healthcare domain preferred. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Passion for automation and continuous improvement. Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.
