Client we are Hiring for:

Empowers businesses, particularly MSMEs, to unlock new growth opportunities, expand their reach globally, and navigate the complexities of international trade through their Cross border Platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential MSME clients engaged in Cross border trade, Imports and Exports through various channels, including cold calling, networking-events and meeting sales targets
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering relevant products or services
  • Transaction Support: Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-border trade regulations, foreign exchange, and remittance practices, providing valuable insights and support services to MSME clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with our cross-border remittance offerings and international trade services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade, showcasing the benefits of our tailored remittance solutions.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with other teams, such as operations, compliance, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade and remittances.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business performance related to cross-border trade and remittance services for presentation to the management team.


Qualifications:

  • Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Trade sales in banking or Fintech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the MSME segment, with expertise in cross-border trade and remittance services.
  • In-depth understanding of cross-border trade regulations, foreign exchange practices, and remittance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a positive impact in the MSME community engaged in cross-border trade and remittances.
