Opportunity- Treasury Operations (Delivery Lead/ Manager) UK Shift- 1-10 PM

Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in managing Deposit products including DDA, CDs, SA, IRA, IOLTA, MMA with excellent servicing expertise
  • Deep expertise of payment systems, including ACH, Fedwire, RDC, RTP, Card Payments and SWIFT for international transfers, ensuring compliance with NACHA rules and Federal Reserve guidelines
  • Excellent understating of E2E Check and ACH processing, clearing and settlement along with NOCs to customer
  • Excellent in Dispute Resolution & Chargeback processes related to Payments, Card Transactions, ACH, Wire Transfers, Checks, and other banking products
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including compliance with BSA,, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg DD, FCRA, FACTA, UDAAP and Reg reporting like SAR & Escheatment etc.
  • Implementing comprehensive FRM frameworks & Monitoring System to protect against various types of fraud, including Check Fraud, Wire Fraud, Card Fraud, Identity Theft, and Account Takeovers
  • Efficient in using transaction monitoring system and generating SAR
  • Good understanding of different type of risk flags and placing/removing restrictions on accounts
  • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and Balancing technique for Break fix up and closing (ATM Balancing, Correcting Check Deposit Errors, ATM Cash Deposits etc.)
  • Examining Daily, weekly, monthly reports of closed account, signature mismatch, stop payment, Zero account etc.
  • Issuing notices and certificates (Account Closure, Transaction on Hold, B Notices, W8BEN etc.)
  • Efficient in using TMS and Fraud management tools IBS, BST, TellerInsight, Fiserve, JHA, Pep+, FlexCube, nCino, LexisNexis, BizChex, NICE Actimize
  • Prepare and present reports on treasury operations, cash flow projections, and financial risk assessments.
  • Oversee foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risk, implementing hedging strategies when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand funding requirements and support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that impact treasury functions.


Required Background

  • 10-14 years’ experience in Banking and Deposit Operations
  • Efficient in using Deposit Management and Fraud management tools IBS, BST, TellerInsight, Fiserve, JHA, Pep+, FlexCube, nCino, LexisNexis, BizChex, NICE Actimize
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, including ACH, Fedwire, RDC, RTP, Card Payments and SWIFT for international transfers, ensuring compliance with NACHA rules and Federal Reserve guidelines
  • Extensive experience in managing Deposit products including DDA, CDs, SA, IRA, IOLTA, MMA with excellent servicing expertise
  • Understanding Treasury lifecycle with understanding of documents
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including compliance with BSA,, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg DD, FCRA, FACTA, UDAAP and Reg reporting like SAR & Escheatment etc.
  • Good understanding of Treasury product and services
  • Commerce Graduate / MBA (Banking and Finance)
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
