Day-to-DayAs a Program Manager within the Enterprise Financial Applications PMO, you’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating and supporting financial workstreams such as GL/Treasury, AP, AR, and Practice Management. Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining visibility across active projects and ensuring consistent documentation and governance.Partnering with architects and stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, and deliverables.Leading meetings, tracking milestones, managing risks, and providing status updates.Supporting delivery using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.Engaging in process conversations confidently by leveraging your understanding of finance terminology (e.g., aging reports, invoice processes, payment terms).Driving stakeholder alignment and managing timelines across multiple methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Strong SAP exposure, clear communication, and foundational finance knowledge are key to success in this role.
