Title: Consultant _SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP)Location: RemoteRoles & Responsibilities:🔹 Payroll Configuration & Support• Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including schema, rules, wage types, infotypes, and payroll results.• Handle payroll process mapping, validations, and pre/post-payroll activities.• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and implement corrections.• Good understanding about country specific legal requirements and hands on experience with HRSP and releases and upgrades.• Good experience with calculations and building of Reward, Performance Management and Leave & Pay in ECP.• Good experience with Time and attendance management.🔹 Integration & Data Flows• Manage replication from EC to ECP (PTP) and validate master data and time data integrations.• Support integrations with Finance (FI/CO), Time & Attendance, and third-party vendors.🔹 Compliance & Audits• Ensure payroll calculations adhere to local, statutory, and global tax/regulatory laws.• Maintain audit logs and ensure GDPR and SOX compliance for payroll data.• Collaborate with auditors on regular reviews and documentation.🔹 Support & Testing• Perform UAT, regression testing, and validation for SAP quarterly releases.• Monitor error logs, execute payroll control center processes, and resolve issues proactively.• Support off-cycle, bonus, and retroactive payments handling.Required Skills & Experience• 3–6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP)• Strong understanding of Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, off-cycle processing• Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC)• Familiar with EC to ECP integration and replication errors• Working knowledge of statutory tax compliance, retro pay, and country-specific configuration• Solid understanding of EC core structure (Job Info, Org Structure, Work Schedule)• Experience with Payroll Reporting, Payroll Logs, and Payroll KPIsPreferred Qualifications• SAP Certified in SuccessFactors EC Payroll• Knowledge of Employee Central Time Off, Benefits, or Global Payroll is a plus• Experience in multi-country payroll environments• Familiarity with cloud integrations and middleware platforms (SAP CPI, PI)
