Manager - Social Media


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our healthcare management services

- Manage and optimize Neolytix's presence on LinkedIn, including content creation, posting, and community engagement

- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events to showcase Neolytix's expertise and engage with potential clients

- Utilize Meta Suite tools to manage and monitor social media campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions

- Monitor industry trends and best practices in B2B healthcare marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of social media and email marketing efforts

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the healthcare industry to amplify our reach and credibility

- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and tailor content to their specific needs and pain points

- Leverage data and analytics to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies

- Foster strong relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance credibility and reach

- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field

- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B social media management and email marketing, with a focus on the US healthcare market

- Proven experience in LinkedIn Marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and community engagement

- Experience in planning and executing webinars and virtual events

- Proficiency with Meta Suite tools and other social media management platforms

- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media and email marketing analytics tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
