Candidate Profile

  • Sound knowledge of excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patience and positive attitude.

Job Description

  • Act as an interface between client, Operations team, Business team, and Finance.
  • Ensure client expectations are communicated to the operations team and a specific SOP is in place.
  • Maintain all data related to the transactions and cross-verify with client & internal teams.
  • Take the lead in resolving any issues related to the project.
  • Assist business team in preparing RFP.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Maintain shared daily status report.
