Job Description: Operations person at Associate level/ Junior Associate for Noida.

Position Overview:
As an Operations Associate for the offline center at Askiitians, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our educational programs. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of the offline center, including logistics, coordination, and administration. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent support to students, parents, and faculty members, while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Center Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the offline center, ensuring a seamless and efficient functioning of all activities.
Student Support: Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Faculty Coordination: Assist in coordinating schedules, resources, and logistics for faculty members, ensuring smooth conduct of classes, workshops, and events.
Class Administration: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and generate relevant reports as required.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage inventory, learning materials, and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to organize and execute educational events, workshops, and seminars conducted at the offline center.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards by conducting periodic evaluations of processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary enhancements.
Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and management, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, implement security measures, and maintain a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze operational workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Education) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or training setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, faculty, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with educational management systems is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically to resolve operational challenges.
A passion for education and a commitment to providing a positive learning experience for students.

Basic Requirements

1. Graduate / Post Graduate from any recognised University.

2. Basic Computer skills & Excel Skill required

3. From Noida preferably, or NCR, Near Noida.

4. It would be work from office.

5. Should have a perfect unlimited wifi internet connection at home.

6. Past experience in inventory/cargo/courier services would be a great add-on.

SALARY Offered : 2 to 3.5 LPA

Working hours 8-9 hours per day.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
