Global HR Shared Services, Senior Associate (APAC)

Global HR Shared Services is critical to the overall effectiveness of the HR experience across Aptean. HR Shared Services brings the HR support model and experience to the scale of the global Aptean employee population by providing the platform for end-to-end operational services and employee experiences with responsibilities spanning employee self-service, assisted support, and employee relations. HR Shared Services is responsible for operational delivery across a broad range of employee life-cycle experiences such as onboarding, talent movement, offboarding and many more. As the catalyst for HR digital transformation, HR Shared Services is also leading the Human Capital Management solution strategy with the global launch of our new HR Core Solution. HR Shared Services holds the key accountability for HR privacy, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Within our Service Centers, our New Hire Team ensures that every new hire at Aptean has the best experience as they become our newest employees; from background checks to relocation, to timely set-up in HR data systems, coordinating New Employee Orientation scheduling to ensure productivity on Day-1, payroll inputs, and benefits enrolment.   1. Manage 2nd Level (Tier -2) escalation for all queries
  2. Support 1st Level tickets (Tier-1) during peak timings
  3. Training and education to HR/HR Agents (Tier-1)
  4. Quality checks for all the master data and actions performed by Tier-1 in Employee Central (Oracle) for Hire to Retire processes
  5. Monitor solution provided and customer experience
  6. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
  7. Maintain quality standards and evidence for audit
  8. Collect and maintain required changes in the online HR Knowledge Base
  9. Prepare FAQs to ensure proactive solutions of all queries
  10. Highlight the need for communication for employees/HR
  11. Collaborate with site HR in day-to-day operations


Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 4-7 years relevant experience in HR Shared Services
