You will play a key role in translating business objectives into impactful AI-driven accelerators and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation at the frontier of enterprise AI.What are Accelerators?Accelerators are reusable mini-products designed to cut delivery timelines by 30–70% while enhancing client outcomes. At Studio R&D, we experiment, design, and build accelerators across industries like Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, and more — enabling faster client value delivery and execution at scale.Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, QA, and design to deliver high-quality features. - Support sales, marketing, and customer success through demos, release notes, documentation, and enablement collateral. - Assist delivery teams with product support during client implementations. - Track product success metrics, analyze performance, and synthesize learnings. - Research emerging technologies across Tredence’s business areas. - Own prompt engineering and evals efforts for your respective product/accelerators. - Communicate product updates, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.QualificationsExperience & Mindset- ~2 years of experience in product management (post-MBA preferred). - Proven record of contributing to impactful projects in fast-paced environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity. - Hunger to learn, experiment, and innovate.Product Skills- Exposure to the product lifecycle (discovery → GA → scale) in Agile environments. - Ability to convert technical concepts into business value and user stories. - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.Technical Fluency- Working knowledge of AI, data, cloud, ML, and data science. - Hands-on experience with analytics/experimentation tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A/B testing, etc.).Nice-to-Have:- Exposure to Business Analyst, Sales, Data Science, or Development roles. - Experience with Conversational AI or automation platforms. - Certifications in Agile/Scrum or cloud/AI platforms.Why Join Product at Tredence?- Collaborate across six practices (Supply Chain, CXM, Data Engineering, Data Science, Digital Engineering, GenAI) and multiple verticals (Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, TMT, Travel & Hospitality). - Work hands-on with technologies from GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake. - Explore innovations beyond web — including Generative AI, VR, humanoids, and mobile platforms. - Launch 3–4 accelerators annually, gaining exposure across industries and practices. - Participate in leading industry events such as Cypher and DES.
