Role Objective:

- We are looking to hire a senior business leader who would drive the overall Electronics category for Moglix.


- The role involves managing Customers/Vendors/Suppliers/OEMs for the assigned category products and requires strong understanding of products, distribution channel, strategic sourcing and extensive usage of data analytics.


- This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.

Role Responsibilities:

1. P&L Ownership: Manage and grow the complete P&L of the electronic components distribution business unit, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met. Driving overall health of the category - financial as well as operational

2. Scouting, evaluating, and executing inorganic expansion opportunities.

3. Handle end-to-end category planning, growth planning, and achieving top-line and bottom-line for active and passive electronic components

4. Work closely with suppliers, majorly OEMS, and engage them in joint business plans with promise of growth and scale

5. Developing & executing business plan & strategy for growing the assigned category

6. Customer retention & development and new customer acquisition

7. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-a-vis Inventory Management, Delivery SLA, Product Quality, Returns/Cancellations, etc.

8. Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to shape and refine the business unit's strategy.

9. Work closely with the product, technology, marketing, and finance teams to align efforts and maximize the business unit's performance.

10. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business unit performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

Work Experience:

(a) 12+ years of experience in similar space.

(b) Field sales exp in B2B Industrial products-pref. from Electronics industry

Knowledge/ Skills:

(a) Excellent Sales & Business Development skills. Strong communication and analytical skills

(b) High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Essential

(c) High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets

Education: B. Tech. & MBA from a Reputed Institute
