We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and equipment. This role involves working with electrical and mechanical components, reading technical diagrams, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment and tools. - Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure. - Undertake repairs related to electronics & mechanical components as per the written - instructions and procedures. - Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. - Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges. - Perform system level testing of electro optics products. - Ensure proper documentation and report generation. - Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet customer requirements. - Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support. - Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes. - Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable. - IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries, - chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation. - - Record and report system performance, repairs, and maintenance activities. - Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.Qualifications and Skills- Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics / Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics, or related field. - Experience: 2+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance or related roles. - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software. - Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
