Job Description (Sample)

We are seeking an experienced Chip-Level Laptop Repair Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of laptop motherboard repair, component-level diagnostics, and soldering/reballing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair motherboard-level issues on laptops

Perform BGA rework, reballing, and IC replacement

Use testing tools like multimeters, BIOS programmers, and microscopes

Maintain records of repairs and report recurring faults

Handle customer devices with care and professionalism

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in chip-level repair

Diploma in Electronics / ITI / Computer Hardware preferred

Familiar with tools: SMD station, BGA machine, BIOS flasher, etc.

Ability to read schematics and board views (e.g., using OpenBoardView)

Strong problem-solving skills

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience and location NARAINA)
