Job Description:

Kotak Mahindra Bank अपनी सेल्स टीम में Telesales Executive की तलाश कर रहा है। इस भूमिका में, आप ग्राहकों से कॉल के माध्यम से संपर्क करेंगे, बैंकिंग प्रोडक्ट्स (जैसे Credit Card, Savings Account) की जानकारी देंगे और उन्हें खरीदने/जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।

यह job उन candidates के लिए perfect है जिनके पास अच्छे communication skills, convincing power और sales में interest है।

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • ग्राहकों को बैंक के products और services के बारे में कॉल करना।
  • Potential ग्राहकों को identify करना और उन्हें सेल्स में convert करना।
  • Daily/Monthly sales target achieve करना।
  • Existing ग्राहकों से relationship maintain करना और cross-selling करना।
  • Customer queries को resolve करना और सही information provide करना।
  • CRM/Database में daily call reports update करना।

Qualification & Experience:
