This is a strategic role designed for a seasoned leader who understands that our people are our ultimate competitive advantage.You will be the architect of our global people strategy, responsible for shaping our culture, optimizing our organizational design, and building the talent pipelines necessary to achieve our ambitious business goals. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can seamlessly operate in a complex, matrixed environment, aligning local nuances with a cohesive global strategy to drive measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Design- Develop and execute a comprehensive global People & Capability strategy that directly supports the company's strategic objectives and growth ambitions. - Lead organizational design and development initiatives to ensure our structure is agile, effective, and capable of scaling efficiently. - Spearhead large-scale transformation programs, including M&A integration and cultural evolution. - Own the strategy and execution for setting up and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Offshore Development Centers (ODCs), including location strategy, workforce planning, and operational setup.2. Talent Management & Leadership Development- Oversee a world-class, global talent acquisition function focused on attracting and securing top-tier, diverse talent. - Design and implement robust processes for performance management, succession planning, and talent retention. - Foster a high-performance culture grounded in clear accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth. - Champion enterprise-wide leadership development, executive coaching, and career pathing initiatives to build a strong bench of future leaders.3. Culture & Employee Experience- Define, cultivate, and measure a world-class employee experience across all global touchpoints. - Architect and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and employer brand reputation. - Serve as the executive sponsor for our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, ensuring it is integrated into all people processes and strengthens our ESG commitments.4. Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management- Partner closely with the C-Suite, business leaders, and account managers to ensure people strategies directly enable client success and business performance. - Implement simple, pragmatic, and impactful HR solutions that work effectively within our matrixed, portfolio-based organization. - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on all people-related matters, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness. - Optimize the HR operating model and technology stack for global efficiency and local relevance.5. Global HR Governance & Compliance- Ensure global compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards. - Manage the global HR budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation. - Establish and monitor key HR metrics and analytics to assess the function's impact and inform data-driven decisions.Qualifications & Experience- 10+ years of progressive experience in senior HR leadership roles, with significant experience operating at the executive level (e.g., CPO, VP HR, HR Director) in a global organization. - Proven track record of developing and executing people strategies that have demonstrably driven business growth and transformation. - Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation. - Substantial experience in all facets of talent management: acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning. - Highly Desirable: Hands-on experience in setting up, scaling, and leading the people function for GCCs/ODCs or similar large-scale international operations. - Demonstrated success operating and influencing within a complex, matrixed, and global environment. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the Board and C-Suite level.Key Competencies for Success- Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to translate business challenges into actionable people strategies. - Executive Leadership & Influence: Inspirational leader who can build credibility, challenge constructively, and drive consensus. - Global Mindset: Culturally agile with a deep appreciation for local nuances and a commitment to global inclusion. - Data-Driven & Pragmatic: Uses metrics and insights to diagnose problems, measure success, and advocate for resources. - Builder Mentality: A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit focused on creating scalable systems and a lasting, positive culture.
