Credgenics - DevOps Manager - AWS/GCP

Credgenics is a leading SaaS-based debt resolution and legal automation platform. We help financial institutions improve their collections, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer relationships using data-driven insights and advanced technology.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers; drive execution and delivery.- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Python/FastAPI-based services.- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Terraform/Pulumi.- Oversee Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and incident response.- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build, release, and monitoring processes.- Drive best practices in security, scalability, and automation.Requirements : - 5+ years of DevOps experience with at least 12 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Kubernetes, and IaC.- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), observability (Prometheus, Grafana), and Postgres.- Familiarity with Python-based applications and microservices architecture.- Ability to balance hands-on execution with team management.Good to Have : - Exposure to fintech or SaaS product environments.- Understanding of security and compliance practices in cloud deployments.Why Join Credgenics?- Be part of a rapidly growing SaaS organization revolutionizing debt collections.- Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth.- Contribute to a meaningful mission that impacts financial institutions and their customers.
