Hiring for " Regional Business Manager - Syndication " in a Bank.Location-Kolkata / Mumbai / Delhi .The Regional Head of Mid-market Business will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the mid-corporate segment within the designated region.Duties and Responsibilities:- Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Debt restructuring, Valuations, and arranging debt from financial institutions for Bankable / Non-Bankable transactions. - Corporate / Mid-Market Business exposure. - Syndication loans, from initial engagement to final execution, ensuring all the parties are aligned and regulatory requirements are met. - Market Research to identify potential syndication opportunity and assess industry trends. - Proficient in Mergers & Acquisitions. - Financial analysis & reviewing along with analyzing business models in diverse sectors. - Ticket size up to 1000 crore.-Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:- Educational Qualification- Post-Graduation preferred - Relevant Job Experience – 5 - 15 years of relevant experience - Skills and Competencies- Strong leadership and team management abilities, understanding of Loan Syndication which includes underwritings of Mid-Market / Large Corporate Loans along with upselling / Down selling.
