Description:Role Overview.We are looking for a Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to drive new account acquisition and manage key relationships.The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding clinics and modern trade accounts for our D2C range.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential clinics, modern trade accounts.- Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding.- Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.- Manage day-to-day account activities, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Report market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to 5-6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.- Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.- Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.Location: New Delhi (with travel as required).Compensation: Competitive (Fixed + Incentives).
