Role Overview:- This is a consulting role where your primary responsibility will be to support our recruitment process for marketing roles from screening candidates to leading technical interviews.- In addition, you will play an important role in shaping our marketing strategy, advising on best practices, and helping set the right foundation for scaling growth. About Us:- Alive Wellness Clinics & our D2C skincare brand are growing rapidly, and we're building a strong marketing team to match our vision.- We are looking for a Marketing Consultant who can not only guide us in hiring the right marketing talent but also bring their expertise in performance marketing and growth to shape our strategy. Key Responsibilities:- Shortlist, evaluate, and screen marketing candidates based on technical expertise and growth mindset.- Conduct technical interviews with focus on performance marketing, campaign management, and analytics.- Recommend final candidates with detailed evaluation feedback.- Audit current marketing activities and suggest improvements for better ROI.- Advise on paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and other key platforms.- Recommend tools, dashboards, and frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.- Support in creating performance goals, KPIs, and reporting systems.- Act as a sounding board for leadership on marketing and growth-related decisions.- Conduct training/mentorship sessions for junior marketing team members when required. Requirements:- Proven background in performance marketing, growth marketing, and digital strategy.- Hands-on experience in managing and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.- Strong analytical skills-ability to assess candidates and marketing performance with data-driven insights.- Prior exposure to recruitment, team building, or talent assessment in marketing will be a big plus.- Comfortable working in a consulting/freelance capacity with flexibility.
