Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and manage the performance ads for our D2C vertical.- They will plan, implement, and monitor our digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms (Google, Meta, and other platforms). Responsibilities and Duties:- Develop a digital marketing strategy, identify ideal customers and their needs, and monitor the competition.- Should have expertise in running Google and Meta ads.- Planned and executed all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and campaigns.- Should have expertise in Email Marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.- Coordinated with Advertising/PR agencies and social media teams.- Develop and monitor marketing budgets. Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Marketing.- 4+ years of experience in campaign management Google and Meta ads campaigns.- Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and campaigns.Note: Preferred Candidate would have run campaigns for D2C beauty/healthcare/skincare brands.
