Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating contractors, managing schedules and costs, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to handover.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage end-to-end construction project execution.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor performance.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Conduct site inspections and quality checks.Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.Ensure timely project closure and handover documentation.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.5+ years of experience in construction project management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and on-site teams.Tools & Technologies (Preferred)Project Management Tools: MS Project, Primavera P6Documentation & Reporting: Excel, AutoCAD (basic understanding)Collaboration: Email, Microsoft TeamsSite Management Systems and ERP exposure is a plusCertifications (Nice to Have)PMP or Prince2Primavera CertificationSafety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH)What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to manage large-scale construction projectsStable work environment with long-term career growthExposure to diverse infrastructure and real estate projects
