Job Description:

As a Branded Content Producer at Republic Media Network, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of branded content initiatives in collaboration with our sponsors and internal teams. Leveraging your expertise in content strategy, project management, and creative direction, you will play a key role in bringing our sponsors' brand stories to life and delivering engaging content experiences to our audience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branded content strategy aligned with the objectives of our sponsors and the interests of our audience.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, audience insights, and opportunities for innovative content partnerships.


2. Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from concept development and ideation to final delivery and performance analysis.
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.


3. Creative Direction:

  • Work closely with production units, designers, and video editors to translate brand objectives and concepts into compelling content experiences.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the production process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Servicing teams to understand sponsor requirements and objectives and develop customized branded content solutions.
  • Liaise with Editorial teams to integrate branded content seamlessly into our editorial calendar and ensure alignment with our editorial standards and values.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in media studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content production, brand marketing, or advertising, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branded content campaigns, with a strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual and narrative design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is preferred.
