At Beebom, we are seeking a dynamic Creative Video Producer to spearhead the creation of captivating videos showcasing the latest innovations in the consumer tech industry.

Our Video Producer will plan, and execute engaging video content that resonates with our audience across various platforms. From ideation to final delivery, your creative genius and leadership will significantly shape the visual identity of the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video production, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- Competent in handling multiple video projects simultaneously without compromising quality but ensuring prompt delivery
- Good understanding of screenplay writing, storyboarding, and concept design for captivating stories
- Extensive knowledge of video editing software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Must be versed in current trends in digital storytelling, content creation including animation and motion graphics
- Ability to communicate well with colleagues in different departments as well as partners external to the organization
- Keep an eye on attention to details and innovation in our new videos.
- Using AI-integrated video production tools (such as Midjourney, Deep Dream generator, Adobe Sensei, etc.) will be a BIG PLUS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the production process, including brainstorming, filming, editing, and post-production, to maintain high-quality standards.
- Work hand-in-hand with cinematographers to ensure seamless completion of creative concepts
- Ensure optimal workflow by creating a production calendar, budgets, and resource utilization planning
- Continually suggest improvements on how to improve the quality of the content produced by the team and do regular creative reviews
- Source for new technologies and industry changes that we could use to do better in our videos
