The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue through strong performance marketing, SEO, social media, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across performance, SEO, social media, content, and CRM. - Manage and optimize large marketing budgets with clear ROI and KPI targets. - Run and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM using CPC/CPA/CPT models. - Oversee SEO strategy for E-commerce, Service-based, and Product-based businesses. - Guide content creation for blogs, newsletters, PR, and organic social platforms. - Utilize analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure alignment. - Build strong creative strategies and drive experimentation for continuous improvement. - Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
