We are looking for a proactive and experiencedTechnical Project Manager / Scrum Masterto lead complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver projects in amicroservices-based environment , ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Manage and coordinate multiplecross-functional teams , including backend, frontend, QA, and design. Act as both ateam leader and individual contributor , taking ownership of critical tasks when required. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies. FacilitateAgile ceremoniessuch as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as aScrum Master , ensuring teams follow Agile principles and best practices. Create well-defined technical storiesfor development teams and ensure proper backlog management. Understand and review APIs , ensuring seamless integration and technical feasibility. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, providing clear updates and reports. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Drive process improvements and optimize project workflows for efficiency and scalability. Ensurehigh standards for quality, security, and performancein the development lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably ine-commerce or SaaS environments . Strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture . Proven ability tomanage and mentor teamswhile contributing individually when needed. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity. Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologiesand iterative project delivery. Experiencecreating technical storiesand managing the product backlog. Well-versed withAPIs and technical integration concepts . Experience working withproject management toolslike Jira, Confluence, or Asana. Hands-on experience with end-to-end technical project delivery in web or SaaS environments.Good to have: Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent). Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Prior experience handlinghigh-traffic e-commerce systems .
