DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in software development to join our dynamic team As a Scrum Master you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Agile teams ensuring that they adhere to Scrum principles and practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Your understanding of development processes along with your skills in facilitation and coaching will enable you to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively In this position you will not only advocate for Agile methodologies but also leverage your development experience to offer insights that drive project success You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage project timelines mitigate risks and promote a healthy team environment Additionally you will be responsible for fostering an Agile mindset and helping to enhance skills among team members This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Agile practices and who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to deliver highquality products that meet our customers needs Join us to make a significant impact and help propel our organization towards greater efficiency and innovationResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesAct as a servant leader to the Scrum team promoting an environment that encourages collaboration and high performanceSupport the Product Owner in managing the backlog and ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteriaIdentify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progressCoach team members on Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum practicesTrack and report on team performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicatorsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous communication throughout the project lifecycleRequirementsProven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban and LeanA background in software development or engineering with handson experience in programming or software deliverySolid understanding of Agile principles and the ability to instill them in team membersExceptional facilitation coaching and mentoring skillsStrong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risksExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholdersRelevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster CSM or Professional Scrum Master PSM are preferredSkillsMandatory Skills : Stakeholder Management,Benefits Management,Project Planning,Scope & Change Management,Schedule Management,Risk/Crisis Management,Project Governance,Agile (Value-Driven Delivery),Flexcube Technical Change ManagementGood to Have Skills : Project Planning, Scope & Change Management, Schedule Management, Project Governance, Agile (Value-Driven Delivery)
