Are you ready to lead the charge in next-generation Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)?We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager / BESS to design, optimize, and bring to life advanced energy storage solutions for grid, renewable, and backup applications.Responsibilities- System Architecture: Develop BESS solutions (AC/DC coupled), define specs for battery packs, inverters, and Energy Management Systems (EMS). - Power Electronics Integration: Work with Li-ion, LFP, and emerging chemistries. Integrate converters, inverters, and PCS for maximum efficiency and grid stability. - Smart Energy Management: Design BMS and EMS strategies for peak shaving, frequency regulation, and seamless SCADA/IoT/cloud integration. - Simulation & Validation: Utilize MATLAB, ANSYS, PSCAD, PLECS for rigorous testing, performance analysis, and compliance with UL 9540, IEC 62933, IEEE standards. - Project Leadership: Collaborate with grid operators, utilities, and cross-functional teams. Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. - Documentation: Prepare clear, comprehensive technical reports and documentation.What we're looking for?- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in BESS, power electronics, or related fields. - Deep expertise in system design, battery technologies, and energy management. - Proficiency in simulation tools and communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, RS485). - A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, innovative environments. - Strong communicator and team player.
