Role Overview:As an HR Executive (Immediate Joiners – WFO Hyderabad) at Flashoot, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our workplace culture. You will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.This role is central to ensuring Flashoot continues to scale with a strong, motivated, and high-performing team. You’ll be the go-to person for employees, fostering a positive environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.If you’re passionate about people, processes, and creating impact in a fast-paced startup ecosystem, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace cultureManage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingHandle payroll, HR operations, and employee records efficientlyAssist in performance management and appraisal processesEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR best practicesAct as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queriesSupport leadership in driving HR policies and organizational growth strategiesContribute to building a creative, dynamic, and people-first workplaceRequirements:4+ years of proven HR experience (startup/creative industry experience is a plus)Strong communication & interpersonal skills with people-first approachProficiency in HR management tools and systemsKnowledge of payroll processes and labor law complianceFluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatoryAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPositive, approachable personality with a growth mindsetAbout Flashoot:Flashoot is a creative-tech startup transforming how short-form video content is created and delivered.
