We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic BFS GRC (Banking & Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance) Solution Architect with 15-20 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of robust technical expertise and deep BFS industry knowledge, specifically within the GRC domain. You will be a strategic thinker with the ambition to adopt emerging technologies, particularly in the AI space, to build commercially viable solutions that address gaps and white spaces in the BFS GRC landscape. This role involves leading the definition of technology solutions, overseeing complex implementation programs, and managing key stakeholders in a global delivery Responsibilities :

- Strategic Solution Design : Lead the design of end-to-end technology solutions for the BFS GRC domain, ensuring the alignment of technical strategy with critical business and regulatory objectives. Identify innovative hypotheses based on current and future trends to build commercially viable solutions addressing industry gaps.

- BFS GRC Domain Expertise : Leverage deep domain understanding across the BFS GRC Value Chain, including Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audits, and Regulatory Reporting.

- Risk Management Frameworks : Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks, including defining risk assessment methodologies, risk identification processes, and robust risk mitigation strategies.

- Compliance Control Implementation : Design, implement, and monitor compliance controls to effectively mitigate identified risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Gap Analysis & Improvement : Perform thorough gap analyses to identify areas where existing risk management and compliance processes require improvement, and propose strategic enhancements.

- COTS Product Expertise : Demonstrate extensive work experience with BFS GRC Industry COTS products such as Archer, AXIOM SL, Actimize, and ServiceNow GRC.

- Modern Architecture Principles : Proven track record of building commercially viable BFS industry solutions covering MACH principles Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and Headless Architecture. Design and implement technology solutions for risk management and compliance, including data analytics, reporting, and automation tools.

- Technical Stack Definition & Estimation : Define the appropriate technical stack for proposed solutions and lead the effort estimation process for GRC-focused projects.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with IT and other business teams to ensure the successful implementation of risk and compliance technologies.

- Emerging Technology Adoption (AI/GenAI) : Stay well-versed with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space. Experience building Generative AI (GenAI)-based solutions within the GRC context is a significant plus.

- Program & Change Management : Utilize 5+ years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition, and organizational change management.

- Stakeholder Management : Manage internal and external stakeholders, including mandatory hands-on experience interacting with the C-Suite (both business and technology).

- Global Delivery & Communication : Possess experience working with clients across multiple regions (USA, UK, Europe) in a global delivery setup. Deliver compelling presentations with crisp and clear articulation of complex Technical Skills :

- 15 20 years of experience in the BFS industry or IT services industry with a strong focus on BFS / financial services verticals, specifically within GRC.

- Deep domain understanding across BFS GRC Value Chain (Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audits, Regulatory Reporting).

- Experience in developing and maintaining risk management frameworks (assessment methodologies, identification, mitigation strategies).

- Proficiency in implementing and monitoring compliance controls.

- Ability to perform gap analysis on risk management and compliance processes.

- Hands-on experience with BFS GRC Industry COTS products such as Archer, AXIOM SL, Actimize, or ServiceNow GRC.

- Proven track record of building commercially viable BFS industry solutions using Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and Headless Architecture (MACH principles).

- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions for risk management and compliance, including data analytics, reporting, and automation tools.

- Ability to define technical stacks for proposed solutions.

- Proficiency in effort estimation.

- Well-versed with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space.

- Experience of building a GenAI based solution is a big plus.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition, and organization change & Attributes :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong strategic thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple technical teams and drive solution development.
