A leading technology company is seeking a visionary CTO to drive innovation in advanced software and hardware inspection solutions.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll define the technology roadmap, build SaaS platforms, and integrate cutting-edge tools such as AI-driven image processing and cloud-native applications.

You'll lead engineering, architecture, and IT teams, ensuring disciplined delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and Stage-Gate approaches. Collaboration with product, sales, quality, and customers will be key to shaping market-driven solutions.

Your role will balance strategy and execution - from researching emerging tech to launching products that set new industry benchmarks.

You'll hire and mentor top talent, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure operational excellence.

Ideal Profile :

- Master's/PhD in science or technology, 20+ years in product design and development, 5+ years leading R&D portfolios, strong business acumen, and experience in global technology product companies.

- Cloud & Platform : Microsoft Azure, Cloud-native development

- Programming & Frameworks : C#, .NET, C++, React, NodeJS

- Advanced Technologies : Image Processing, AI/ML Models

- Methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, Stage-Gate

Main Responsibilites :

- In a leading technology-driven organisation, the Chief Technology Officer carried the weight of four key pillars - each essential to keeping the organisation's innovation engine strong and competitive.

1. Operations - Driving Execution :

- The CTO oversaw the smooth functioning of all technology operations, ensuring resources were optimised, budgets adhered to, and timelines met. From tracking project milestones to maintaining quality standards, every process ran with precision and accountability.
