Role Overview:


As the Business Head for AV Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our AV solutions business. This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented, thoughtful risk-taker with a knack for creative problem-solving and the ability to build a business from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and grow the AV solutions division.

Identify market opportunities and create a roadmap for product development, sales, and marketing initiatives.


Business Development:

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to drive business growth.

Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets through innovative sales strategies and customer engagement.


Operational Excellence:

Oversee the operational aspects of the AV solutions division, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.


Team Building and Leadership:

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and proactive problem-solving.


Financial Management:

Manage the P&L for the AV solutions division, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

Monitor and control budgets, expenditures, and resources to maximize profitability and growth.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a leadership role within the AV solutions or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
