Overseeclient billing, invoicing, reconciliation , and ensure timelyTDS/GST compliance . Handlestatutory taxationand ensure all compliance requirements are met. Prepare and reviewmonthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts . Managepayroll processingaccurately, ensuringPF, ESI, and TDS compliance . UtilizeAdvanced Excelfor data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling. ConductP&L analysisand support cost optimization initiatives. Ensure adherence tostatutory and regulatory complianceat all times. Communicate effectivelywith clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve financial queries and ensure smooth operations.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inFinance, Commerce, or Accounting(CA/MBA preferred). 5+ years of experiencein Finance & Accounts, preferably in theStaffing/Recruitment industry . Hands-on experience in payroll management– mandatory. Proficiency in Advanced Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting) – mandatory. Proficiency inTallyor similar accounting software. Strong understanding ofstatutory complianceincludingGST, TDS, PF, and ESI . Excellentanalytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills . Strong verbal and written communication skills– mandatory.
