Nevertheless, we also extend financing to residential projects in both affordable and premium segments across the top 10 cities in India.Our Small Developer Financing business targets small to mid-sized developers in the outskirts of tier 1 cities, as well as select tier 2 and 3 locations, leveraging our robust presence in the home building ecosystem through our retail home loan franchise.The projects under this strategy predominantly revolve around affordable housing. To fortify this segment, we have established a dedicated team within our wholesale lending group, dedicated to driving development and growth.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Credit Professionals to join our Small Developer Financing credit team at Piramal Finance. The role involves evaluating investment opportunities in the real estate sector, conducting detailed financial analysis, and managing credit portfolios. You will work closely with the credit head and gain exposure across the entire real estate lending deal cycle.Responsibilities:Deal Analysis & Financial Modelling- Perform extensive deal analysis using sound investment techniques. - Conduct financial analysis of sales-cost data and build robust financial models.Credit Memo Preparation & Review- Prepare and review investment memos for credit committee approvals.Portfolio Monitoring- Post-investment monitoring of loan portfolios to ensure compliance and performance.Credit Book Management- Assist in managing the credit book and maintaining asset quality.Desired Qualifications- Postgraduate degree in Finance (CA/MBA/Master’s in Finance). - Strong inclination toward corporate financing, real estate underwriting, and credit risk management. - 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in credit evaluation and portfolio management.-Skills & Competencies- Expertise in financial modelling and investment analysis. - Strong understanding of real estate markets and credit risk frameworks. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
